The richly layered Glenfiddich 15YO single malt is matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak, before being married in thier unique, handcrafted Oregon pine Solera vat. Year on year, this Solera vat is never emptied but is always kept at least half full creating a deliciously harmonious and intense whisky which gets more complex and intriguing every year. Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full-bodied and bursting with flavour. Serve neat, with a couple of drops of water (to bring out the flavours), or over ice.

A truly exceptional single malt, the result of whisky-making craft and knowledge passed down through the generations. Glenfiddich marry their 18YO in small batches of no more than 150 casks. Glenmorangie Original 12 Years Old is Glenmorangie's signature whisky reimagined, to make it more delicious than ever. Aged for a further two years, it is even smoother, creamier and more luscious than The Original 10YO. And so, this whisky catapults The Original's much-loved notes of orange, honey, vanilla and peach to a new pinnacle of flavour. The extra contact the whisky has with the wood, brings additional mellowness and depth to the whisky.

Dr Bill, Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation, was born with a taste for adventure. And with this single malt he sought to create a whisky as unpredictable as his travels. Quinta Ruban is a whisky journey into the wild - a dark and delectable forest where the wind whistles with gusts of peppermint and dark swirls of chocolate can happen at any moment. In their giraffe-high stills, it begins soft and fruity, then gets darker and deeper as they let it age for 14 years in bourbon casks and port casks from Portugal. The finished whisky is a thicket of voluptuous flavour combinations. Walnut and black pepper. Mandarin orange and melted marshmallow. Dark chocolate bar and peppermint.
