Paquera Espadín is made with cultivated agave Espadín in Ejutla, Oaxaca. This mezcal was curated for it's use in cocktails but it's also good neat. The agave used in this mezcal are cooked in an underground pit oven, mashed by horse-drawn tahona, fermented in oak vats, and double distilled in a copper still.

Patrón Añejo is handcrafted from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave and is carefully distilled in small batches at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. It's then aged in a combination of French oak, Hungarian oak and used American whiskey barrels.
