Dow's Tawny is a very fine and delicate style, with pretty red fruits balanced by nutty depth derived from an average of three years aging in small oak casks. Owned by the historic and also very modern Symington family stable of Ports, the Dow's has both pedigree and sheer quality on its side.

Along the Marlborough shore, holding fast to the rocks at low tide, is the seaweed Durvillea, named after the captain of the Astrolabe, Dumont d'Urville. This is an early drinking style of Pinot Noir with generous, bright fruit and supple tannins. The nose shows aromas of black and red cherry, forest fruits and spice. Medium bodied, the palate reveals dark cherry, red berry and plum flavours, a silky texture and long dry finish. Match with duck, lamb and venison as well as roasted vegetables and dishes with tomato, pomegranate and tamarind.

This is a medium bodied and elegant Hawke's Bay Chardonnay. Its flavour profile is a mix of stonefruit, grilled nuts, grapefruit and yeasty nuances. It is both complex and delicious.

This is a smooth and fruit orientated Gimblett Gravels blend. Deep purple in colour, it has a bouquet of dried herbs, red berries and subtle hints of cedar from a period of barrel maturation.
